Memberships are structured around your home size (Petite, Grand, Estate, or Manor) and preferred rhythm of care (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly). Each membership includes consistent Nestkeeper service, with the option to add à la carte touches or request bespoke services.

Do you offer one-time services?
Yes. While memberships provide the best value and priority scheduling, we also offer bespoke services for special occasions such as move-in/move-out preparation, postpartum readiness, or seasonal refreshes.

What if my needs change?
Memberships can be adjusted at any time to better suit your lifestyle. You may change the frequency, add bespoke visits, or pause service as needed.

Who are the Nestkeepers?
Our Nestkeepers are carefully selected professionals who embody discretion, refinement, and attention to detail. Each is background-checked, trained to La Plume standards, and matched to the role best suited for their skills — housekeeping or concierge support.

Can I customize my service?
Yes. Every home is unique, and so are your preferences. You may add à la carte touches such as wardrobe steaming, turndown service, or fresh florals, or request fully tailored bespoke care.

How do you handle items purchased on my behalf?
If a service requires restocking (such as fresh florals or fridge replenishment), purchases are billed transparently to your account, with receipts provided. You may also choose to keep a house account or provide preferred vendors.

What areas do you serve?
La Plume currently serves Nashville and surrounding areas. Expansion to additional cities is being considered.
